Services Provided
VA Disability Manager LLC offers comprehensive claims management services for veterans and reservists, including:
- A free consultation to determine eligibility for claims assistance.
- Development of treatment plans and guidance for improving or securing service connections.
- Review of VA decision letters and formulation of strategies for claims success.
- Assistance with crafting NEXUS and lay statements.
- Preparation for Compensation and Pension (C&P) evaluations.
Eligibility: Our services are exclusively for veterans or individuals in reserve status with the military.

Payment Terms
- Fee Structure: Our fee is 25% of the retroactive pay awarded upon successful claim completion.
- Payment Methods: We accept all forms of payment, including credit cards, debit cards, and electronic payments.
- Refunds: No refunds are offered as payment is collected only after successful claim completion and receipt of retroactive pay by the client.
SMS / Text Messaging Terms and Conditions

No Marketing: We do not send marketing or solicitation messages via SMS.
Standard Messaging Disclosures:
- Message and Potential Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.
